Yippee! Feels so good to have sold the condo. Thanks for your advice and guidance regarding the “deal” and how to be aggressive in order to get the condo sold. Pretty wild, but it worked! We had a good 7 years in the condo, built lots of memories, and had some good times with our daughters.
