We would not hesitate to contact Doyle or Deborah to assist in helping us buy or sell another home. Their service was exceptional. Deborah was our primary contact, and she was patient, knowledgeable of real estate practices and knew the local market, and her followup was excellent. From the purchase agreement to closing documents, she was “on top” of everything. She created a spreadsheet of calendar contingency dates and deadlines for us in making sure information was getting completed. No matter what questions we had, she always got the answer for us….whether it was related to the purchase, our new HOA, in talking with our lender, or where to eat, hike, shop in our new mountain town. At closing, the selling realtor did not leave the property key as planned for us to get into our new home – it didn’t take Deborah long to correct this issue and have the keys to us! Doyle recently completed the sale of our condo unit at The Seasons in Keystone. In the midst of a very difficult real estate market, he accomplished the sale within the listing period, and close to the price he predicted at the beginning of the process. The marketing was handled in a thoroughly professional manner and did not interfere with our use of the property. We were kept fully informed of buyer interest over the course of the listing, and once the unit was under contract, the closing process went smoothly. A job very well done.
