Mountain house is the original base area of Keystone and features some slopeside condominium complexes as well as properties with walk-to-slope convenience. You can purchase lift tickets, rent skis, grab a bite, or have a drink at the bar after skiing.
Mountain House is likely going to get redeveloped in the future and there is currently about 600 units of density which can be built out in the immediate vicinity. Things could easily change, but it would be a facelift for the area with updates and improved infrastructure down the road.
There are hotel style studio condos all the way up to large 4 bedroom townhomes available at Mountain House, so there truly is something for everyone.
