About Doyle Richmond and Dave Greenberg
Doyle Richmond is a 15 year resident of Summit County, who lives in Keystone with his wife, Rebecca, and his two daughters, Ahnna and Chanel. Doyle has helped and continues to help people buy and sell real estate throughout all Summit County, however, Keystone the majority of his business centers in Keystone. He has been involved in $100’s of millions of dollars in transactions and he is consistently one of the top producers year after year in Keystone.
Doyle prides his success on the fact that he carefully listens to people’s desires and helps not only educate them on the market but also educates people on all that Summit County and Keystone have to offer. As past clients have quoted, “Doyle is a wealth of information…he is like a professional tour guide in addition to being excellent as a real estate broker”.  Dave Greenberg joined forces with Doyle in 2006, and has helped grow his business even more; together they look forward to helping people with all their real estate needs.
Dave takes care of almost all of the marketing for Doyle, and ensures that contracts are followed through to closing. He keeps in touch with past and present clients to keep them updated about the market and informs them of any interesting opportunities. Dave grew up in upstate New York and moved to Colorado in 2000 to attend the University of Denver. He graduated early and moved to Summit County in the fall of 2003. He started working in property management and soon shifted to real estate. Whether working with Doyle or Dave our clients are treated with care and respect throughout the whole transaction.
